Training/ nutrition/supplements.

Well I did get back into the gym this week. I've upped my cardio and added a bit of a jog to it this week.It feels pretty good. I've also started training again this week it will be 2 lower body workouts and 2 upper body workouts. Than next week I will break my split down even more and hit my bodyparts more. Using lower weights to get myself going again. hopefully by week 3 I will start my new program and get my body used to the torture I'm about to put it through.
Goals for the next few months are to add even more size concentrating on quads, hams, and shoulders. Also a bit more back width as well.

My good Friend Rob Carbo has come up with a training program to get me the much needed size and with nutrition help from my Trainer Mike Davies I should be set.
I'm also getting supplement help from Jeff Zwick at Epic Nutrition as well as supplements from Legal Gear.. You guys rock and thanks so much.
I will need new suits for the 2007 contest season. So if there are any new suit designers out there who would like to sponsor me let me know. I'm competing nationally and you can get some great exposure from these shows.
