A Glitch in Training

Well my surgeon told me on Tuesday I need to wait 2 more weeks before hitting the gym.. I don't know how people do it by not staying active and working out and training. I've been off for 4.5 weeks now and i feel lost without that outlet. Believe me now I know that is a serious stress reliever. I can't wait to get back into the gym 1st thing I'm going to do is put on my gloves and tear up that bag. We'll see how many people i scare this time..lol. I get pretty rough in there.
2nd thing I'm going to do is squats, squats, and more squats..Who knows maybe I'll throw in a few lunges and dead-lifts for the fun of it.

As soon as I'm able and my conditioning is back up I'm going to be teaching some classes at Peak Performance. So if your in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area pop in and take a kickboxing class or perhaps bootcamp.
