Take it Outside


It's time to take the training outside. It can get pretty boring training in the gym day in and day out. Especially cardio, sometimes I feel like a hamster spinning in a wheel when I'm stuck on the treadmill inside with people on either side of me running no where..lol..


Get outside. Have some fun!! Get out and play some basketball or a game of baseball with the kids or a group of friends. Join a league. There are a ton of softball leagues to join or sand volleyball.


Tennis anyone? Try a game of tennis, can't play tennis get some lessons.
There are other fun things to try outside such as a bike ride or roller blading. Whatever you choose get out and enjoy the warm weather so you can look and feel great on the beach or at the pool.
