When summer roles around we tend to get busy with summer time holidays, family picnics, and vacation. Sometimes our work outs take a back seat. For a great quick fat blasting work out, take it outside. I like to get my weekend workouts out of the way early in the morning when it's a bit cooer outside.
I go out to the high school track and put myself through a bootcamp workout. I start with walking the track for my warmup.
I will use the football field and jog to 10yd line and kick out 10 pushups. I do this on the whole field every 10 yds. 10 pushups.
I will repeat on the way back down the field or switch to pushups to crunches. I will do 20 crunches.
I now will do 10- 40 yd. sprints and will finish this up on the stadium stairs. I sprint up the bleachers 5-10 times and finish with walking lunges and lateral squats on the walkway in front of the bleachers. I cool down with a lap around the track and in about 30 min. I'm done.
Perfect for a quick and effective summer workout.
