My Top 10 Healthy Eats

Top 10 Healthy Food Choices
Many people don't really know alot about nutrition and how important it is to healthy living and fitness goals. whether you are looking to lose weight, gain weight, or just stay on track. Making the right food choices is very important. You must eat clean a good 80% of the time. As you can see that a high percentage.
Clean eating is choosing whole foods, skipping anything with preservatives, cutting sugar, and anything white from your diet. Meaning sugar, white flour, and reduce salt intake.
Here are my top 10 food choices. these are always on my grocery list.

1. Chicken breast (white meat only)
2. Egg whites
3. Spinach
4. Fish
5. Asparagus
6. Apples
7. Braccoli
8. Turkey (white meat only)
9. Strawberries
10. Sweet potato

There are other good healthy foods. These are my favorites. Most fruits and vegetables are great to have on hand.
