4 Weeks Out

I'm 4 weeks out from the West Texas Classic and 5 weeks from the Ronnie Coleman Classic. So far so good. My knees and back are holding up very well to the extra cardio sessions. It may be because I added Curcumin to my supplements. It helps with inflammation in my joints. The diet is going fairly smooth and not a ton of cravings or I should as many as I normally have cutting. Still have the typical peanut butter cravings. That I don't think will ever change.
