Supplements

To be quiet honest contest prep for my September show has been hit and miss for me. With the move and the traveling it has been difficult to stick to my diet and training. I've missed a few meals here and there and cardio sessions. Getting to the gym has been a difficult task.
One thing I've been pretty consistant with is my supplement regime. I have been getting almost all supplements in when i need to.


To give you an idea of what I'm taking. I'm taking most supplements from Applied Nutriceuticals. This is a newer company but their products are phenominal. And yes Ladies they are safe for you.
This is a run down of what I'm taking.

Lipotrophen AM & PM.





I take the AM before morning cardio and before afternoon training. The PM is taken directly before bed.

RPM



This is an amazing pre workout supplement. I won't miss this before a workout. Believe me if I forget I can tell the difference.
Neovar




This is a Creatine product and is the only one my body can take without all the other side effects.

Osteobolin-C


This is an anti-inflammatory and reduces joint pain. This is a must have for any hard training athlete. I reccommend this to anyone with joint issues.

Other supplements I'm taking are a multivitamin, Vitamin C, Glutamine, protein powders, and B vitamins.
