Well we are headed into the holiday season. Thansgiving will be coming upon us soon and christmas around the corner.
Just remember to stay on track and keep eating healthy and make sure you get to the gym a few times during the week. Remember exercise will help relieve that holiday stress and also keep away the extra baggage we get during this time from too many sweets and holiday snacks.
Moderation is key. You can enjoy some of your favorite treats but keep it in moderation.
Before heading to those parties have a healthy meal it will prevent over eating. Remember alcoholic beverages are extra calories as well. Use diet sodas or water to mix your drinks, have light beer instead of regular beer. Limit it to a couple of drinks overindulging in alcohol usually means overindulging in poor eating.
It's beeter to keep it under control now rather than try and work it off after the new year...
