Well tomorrow is supposed to be a balmy 12 degrees. We got about 3 inches of snow Sunday night and another 3-4 last night and a chance of snow everyday until sunday.
I'm not much of winter person although I do like snow for christmas but it seems we never have it at Christmas. It will snow before melt in time for Chritmas and it will snow again in February.
It is very pretty outside now.
This cold weather makes me cranky and my motivation is in the toilet. I'm not thrilled about training right now. I just want to curl up on the couch with my flannel P.J's and slippers and a cup of hot chocolate. Or in my case I make hot chocolate with chocolate flavored protein powder. It's very tasty.
I have long work week this week I have to work on saturday. But look forward to a week shut down at Christmas.
Don't let the cold weather blues keep you out of the gym. Even though I don't feel like going. I still get there and feel much better when I'm finished.
