Winding Down

Well I just got back from a much needed vacation in Cancun. I spent 4 lazy days on the beach sipping frozen drinks with my boyfriend Todd. We did absolutely nothing...well we did go snorkeling for about an hour and half. It was great to get away from work and family obligations. I think we are going to do that every year from now on.

Next weekend I will be off to Chicago for a Cubbies game and that looks to be last weekend get away for me for quite sometime. After the Chicago trip I will have my youngest daughter back here in Dallas getting her ready for school and I will Begin contest prep at the end of August. I will be competing in 1, possibly 2 more contests yet this year.

I do have a few openings for training sessions. I live in Carrollton, TX. and I can train in your home or business and LA Fitness in Lewisville. I also offer online training if you do not live in the North Dallas area. Contact me for rates.
