I'm 6 weeks out from the Ronnie Coleman Classic on April 19th. Once I got through the 1st couple weeks I settled into the diet a bit better. My training is going very well. I had some time off for surgery. I had 1 week to ease into my workouts than I began contest prep and have been hitting it hard for 2 weeks. Surprisingly I have been gaining strength very quickly after surgery. Especially chest. I was not really working my chest for several months due to pain. I have been pain free for 2 weeks now and feel great. This has had a good impact on my overall training program.
The 2 supplements I have added back into my program are RPM and Drive, both products by Applied Nutriceuticals. These supplements have helped me regain my strength, increase my energy and my desire to train hard.

I think your are making great progress. There is a definite difference between the 10 wk pictures and the 6 wk pictures.
