2 Weeks In

I'm 2 weeks into my diet and haven't dropped anything as far as weight or really any bodyfat. This concerns me usually I respond very quickly to a contest diet and start to see results with in 2 weeks.
Perhaps I'm jumping the gun a bit. My trainer has a bit less cardio right now than usual. I'm sure I need to be patient. I tend to get ahead of schedule pretty quickly on my contest weight loss.
I'm just used to getting pulled back a bit at about 4 weeks. Who knows maybe this time I will just lose according to schedule and I'm sure it will all be fine.
