What's New in 2008

2008 looks to be a great year. I'm starting off the year with surgery, nothing major just want to get it out of the way and get on with the year. Hopefully I will be back in the gym by the end of February training hard for my 1st contest in almost 2 years. I'm hoping to compete in three shows this spring and summer and if I'm up to it possibly one this fall.
