
It's that busy time of year. It gets very hectic and stressful. The holiday season is said to be the most stressful time of the year for many people. Do yourself a favor and do not remove your training sessions from your schedule.
Training can be the best stress reliever there is. Also with all the Holiday parties we tend to eat more and more foods that are not the healthiest.
Short on time? Get to the gym or do a workout in your home. Do a 30 minute circuit training session. This will get your heart rate up and resistance training all in one shot.
Before hitting the holiday party eat a healthy snack and drink water before the party. This will reduce hunger and the chance of over eating too many unhealthy treats.
Limit alcoholic beverages and if you do indulge keep it to one or 2 drinks and mix with diet soda.
