I've been easing my way into the diet for the past couple of weeks. At 8 weeks it's now all diet and hard training. As I've said I would post my progress. Every 2-4 weeks I will post progress pics.
I'm now up to 2 cardio sessions 4 days per week and 1 cardio session 2 days per week. I'm still lifting heavy.
