Well due to a work injury my training is put on hold for a bit. My wrist is in a splint and I'm unable to lift more than 10 lbs.
It should only take me a couple weeks to recover. I'm on restricted duty at work and should be back at in no time. My body tends to heal from injury pretty quickly if I'm smart about it.
In the meantime I can still work my lower body and do cardio. So I'm off to the gym to to tear up the treadmill. I guess there will be no boxing for awhile..lol.
Well on to better news. I have a couple of trips coming up. June 14-17th I will be in Chicago attending Jr. Nationals. I'm not competing this year. I miss the stage but will be back in the game next year. June 29th - July 1st I will be back in Dallas for some final interviews. And a final decision.
