Changes







I have many changes coming up for my website, life in general, and career choices. I have spent the last few years in a job that I'm not satisfied with. I feel I waste 8 hours a day doing something that is unfulfilling. I know we all go through life and at some point are not happy with the way things are going.

I have changed several things in my life in the past few months. I'm now a single mother of 2 daughters that are ages 12 and 15. Very challenging! I'm working full time in a factory doing wood work..building cabinets so to say. I'm a certified personal trainer and that is where my dream lies. There is so much I want to do with the training, I want to change lives, I want to be a good example and an inspiration and a coach.
There are so many people out there unhappy with certain things in their lives. It could be your job, family life, your weight, your health. For me it was my home life, I changed that. Yes it's hard being a single Mom but I'm strong enough to handle these challenges. I don't like my job, I just decided to go back to school for a business degree. Bit by bit I'm changing my life for the better. Yes, this is an extreme challenge balancing everything in my life. I work full time, fulltime Mom. I'm a trainer part time, fitness model, and figure competitor.
I have learned to manage my time and of coarse I have to make sacrifises and prioritize. There are days that I can't make it to the gym and some weeks I don't get there very much. I've become very good at compacting my training into shorter, intense sessions.
Here is where some of my changes will come into play. I can relate to busy, stressed out parents. I'm living it. What I plan to do in the near future is to develop training videos for you busy Parents out there. For those of you not able to get to the gym. Simple yet intense training you can do at home with very little equipment. Short intense training sessions that you can do at the gym and even some outside for nice weather.
Other changes coming ahead are videos for healthy eating and hopefully start a fitness line of clothing.

My plan for this blog is to give you a sneak peek into my life. To give you motivation, inspiration, and knowledge to make good choices. So stay tuned....you will be in for quite a journey.
