I will take a week at the end of the month for a much needed vacation. I'm heading to Las Vegas than off to DisneyLand for a couple of days. After months of dieting I'm going to relax and enjoy myself a bit. It's time for some fun and get to enjoy the last little bit of summer.
I will be down for 6 weeks after vacation..which means no training.
Many of you already know I'm heading into surgery Sept. 5th and will need 6 weeks to recover. I will also be off work during that time but will be doing some photo shoots and I'm also looking for booth work for the Olympia.
