Well I made it back from New York City. I competed at Team Universe and finished pretty well at 15th in Figure Class E. It was my goal to place in the top15 at a national contest this year and am happy to say that I did.
I met some wonderfull people and saw a few that I don't get to see often. This was my last contest for the year and will spend my off season trying add another 15-20 lbs. to my physique. The trick is doing it without too much fat.
In September I willhave surgury and be off for 6 weeks for recovery and hopefully during that time I will be making the rounds with American physiques. So keep an eye out for me. I will keep you posted on my off season progress and now I plan to relax and enjoy the restofmy summer. 1st up a little ice cream, bbq, and an ice cold Miller Light.
