Contest prep..

I started contest prep this week and all is going very well. My diet is tough but it's going well. the first week is always pretty rough as my body needs the adjustment period of no cheating. My cardio sessions are up as well 5 morning cardio sessions which I get up at 3:00 a.m. to do. Yes call me crazy but I have to bo out the door at 5:00 a.m. to start my work day. I also do another cardio session after weight training for 5 days per week. So some days I have double cardio sessions. Weight training is going well I've really been able to focus and make every set count.
To keep updated with photos of my contest prep for Jr. Nationals you can see that in my members section. I have 9 week out photos now and will also add my diet and training as well.
I'm moving this weekend so I will be extremely busy the next few weeks.
