As you can see I have a whole new look to my website. I hope you enjoy it and keep checking back for new updates.
I'm also having a great week in the gym. My strength gains are fantastic and I have been reaching some highs with my lifts.
I've also started a new postition at work last week and it is alot less stressfull on my body.
I'm actually enjoying work again which is helping me mentally focus on my weight training and competition coming up in June.
