Kick it into High Gear

Last week was a rough week for my diet and cardio. Since my last contest I've totally slacked on cardio. I don't need to do near as much but I've only been getting it in 2 days a week for the last 2 weeks. I try to keep it at 3-4 30 min. sessions per week.
This past week I've eaten way too much candy and junk food. I've felt pretty crappy the past week.
This morning I woke up with a sugar hangover and so full of water weight I could hardly stand myself and it will take me at least 3 days to flush this crap out.
I need to get my act together and get on the treadmill and clean up my diet before the Holidays start in full swing.
Today was a good day. I stayed on track with my meals no candy and I also did cardio. YEAH ME!!!!!
So far a great start to the week.
