I took tonight off from the gym. I was supposed to do some cardio but I was pretty tired today after work and I can get up early tomorrow morning and get it in besides I get a better start to my day with morning cardio the only problem is I get bored riding that bike so usually during off season I do my cardio at the gym after weights. I have more variety there.
this is a long work week 6 days this week. I think thats why everyone at work has been a bit ornery myself included the thought of working on Saturday after working so hard during the week is well it sucks!!!!!
I would like to wish Kristin Rath good luck this weekend it is her very first contest in figure. Rock the house girl!!!!!!
Also congrats to Julie Lohre she placed 10th in Figure at the Charlotte Pro Show. Her 2nd IFBB Pro show. Julie has also given me great advice on supplements.
