Well the end of summer is upon us with Labor Day weekend coming up. We have a couple of things going on We will have my parents over for a BBQ. I will be having fish and asparagus because i will be 2 weeks out from a competition. Saturday night we have a couple of parties to go to one is for the guys in the Waterloo Army guard they will be leaving soon for Iraq. Stay safe over there guys.
Hopefully the rest of the time I will relax with a good book or some new BB magazines. Maybe I will find some new training ideas for my off season. i'm always planning ahead. I still have some size to add.
I haven't had much time to enjoy the summer. I've been working too much but this weekend I plan to enjoy it with much needed R&R. Enjoy the holiday and stay safe.
