I competed at the Lone Star Classic on June 7th and was very happy with my placing. I placed 3rd in both Figure Class D and Master Figure 40+. The competiton all looked great so I was pleased with my finish. I'm also pleased witth the fact that I'm not the smallest competitor n stage now.
I've made some good gains in my upper body and have filled out more on top through my shoulders. I still have some work to do and will take the next couple months to work on that and enjoy myself a bit.
This afternoon I leave for Florida with with my boyfriend and all our kids, 4 girls ages ranging from 16 down to 8. Will be an interesting trip. I'm ready for it. In July I will take my girls to Iowa so they can spend the rest of the summer with their Dad and Todd and I will visit my family.
The end of July Todd and I are taking a much needed trip to Cancun. Just the two of us and hopefully in August a trip to Chicago to a Cubbies game.
