
Being a Trainer I've heard every excuse in the book from people who want to lose weight or get into better shape but can't get it done. Well you need to get off your ass and get to the gym. No more excuses people.
There is always time to work out. It seems people find plenty of time to plunk their asses in front of the T.V. with a huge bag of chips and some soda or beer. Come on! Don't tell me you don't have time. If you find time to veg out on a Saturday afternoon watching endless hours of football than I have no pitty for you and your beer belly.
Seems to me everyone manages lunch dates with their friends loading up on fattening foods and heading back to work to plunk their asses at the desk for the rest of the afternoon. Use that time with your friends or coworkers and go for a walk or hit the gym during lunch. Grab a salad on the way back to work.
Take an hour from the football marathon and train for a marathon or at least gor for a walk or better yet hit the gym. Choose some healthier choices for snacks.
