Let The dieting Begin.

I Start my Diet on Monday. I will also be showing my contest prep progress in my VIP section with photos, Training, and diet changes. I've spent the past week eating whatever I want. But it's been so hot here it's basically been fruit and salads with the occasional Dairy Queen Blizzard.
Tomorrow I will take my daughters to Adventureland Park for some fun. But again it's going to be hot out we will have to hit alot of the water rides.
I have a photo shoot set up in August which means more photos to be added to my VIP section. you should check it out. I have recipes, training and nutrition changes, workout of the month. Photos from all my contests and photo shoots.

Happy Independence Day!!!!

I hope everyone has a happy and safe 4th of July weekend. No huge plans here. We will probably go and watch fireworks and listen to the live bands in the park on Saturday night I may enjoy a Strawberry Daquirie before the contest diet starts again. Sunday afternoon it will be a pool party and BBQ at my brother's.

I would like to congratulate a couple of my training clients for their great progress and hard work. Joyce Meyer has lost 28 lbs. so far GREAT JOB JOYCE!
Sandi Galloway has made great improvements as well the legs are looking good. Good job ladies.
